Kinga Niemczak is managing the department of Finance and Applied Economics. She has received her masters’ degree in finance and banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland, where she subsequently completed her PhD. She worked as a visiting professor at several universities in Europe as well as in China and South Korea. Her research interests lie in the field of corporate financing and investment decisions, capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe and the effectiveness of modern teaching methods in finance.
