Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Phase II
The qualitative research project explores how students at FHWN understand and experience “personal development” and which practices they use in this context. Semi-structured interviews with students from various business degree programs will be conducted and analyzed using thematic analysis according to Braun and Clarke. The project aims to contribute to scholarly debates on the changing world of work and the demands associated with the “entrepreneurial self.”
Under pressure – the final chapter
A study with on the comparability of differently generated blood pressure measurements, while simultaneously assessing an intervention to enhance learnability in performing the measurements.
