What housing options are available to you during your studies?
Students can choose from a range of low-cost accommodations catering to their needs, such as the student accommodation made available by the Fachhochschul-Immobiliengesellschaft (FHI) and located in the immediate vicinity of Campus 1 or the Ernst-Höger Student Accommodation, which is also nearby. Private accommodation, shared flats or rooms are also an option. The new Campus Residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the City Campus.
FHI Student Accommodation
The student hall of residence provided by the Fachhochschul-Immobiliengesellschaft (FHI) is located in the immediate vicinity of Campus 1 of the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, a mere five-minute walk away. The hall has modern, 10–20 m² single rooms in two-, three- or four-room apartments.
Each room is equipped with its own TV connection. Every apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom – both fully furnished – as well as a storage room & a small foyer area.
The hall of residence offers its tenants an excellent infrastructure for general use:

Ernst Höger Student Accommodation
The Ernst-Höger student accommodation is only a five-minute walk from Campus 1 of the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. It has room for 336 students. There are 306 single rooms (usually two residents who share a kitchen and bathroom). All rooms are fully furnished and have cable TV & Internet connection.
The building has two laundry rooms, additional shared kitchens, bicycle storage rooms, an underground car park and parking spaces (for a fee). As part of the student self-administration (hall representation), there are also numerous leisure activity opportunities in the building such as a gym and a yoga room, billiard room, sauna, multimedia room, seminar rooms and common rooms.

Campus Residence
In the heart of Wiener Neustadt and thus also in the immediate vicinity of the City Campus of the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt are our two newly renovated apartment buildings with a total of 139 flats - occupancy as single or double rooms possible.
Each flat is furnished and has its own small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as its own small kitchen. Your privacy is therefore guaranteed!
The city centre provides enough variety, which you can enjoy without restrictions due to the excellent location - sports, parties, shopping - everything on your doorstep!
