As Austria has a lot of public holidays, you can spend a high quantity of time for private travel purposes. Wiener Neustadt is only a stone’s throw away from several major European cities. Vienna International Airport can be reached within 40 minutes from Wiener Neustadt. Especially the two weeks Easter break during spring semester is an ideal opportunity to plan your city breaks.
